Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Proposal Manager responsible for planning and executing proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal process from initial awareness to delivery and follow-up
• Analyze RFx documents and develop compliance matrices
• Lead and motivate pursuit teams for strategy sessions and proposal reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline
• 4-7 years of experience with public/private sector proposals
• Experience with E-Sourcing platforms and MS Office applications
• Familiarity with Qvidian or similar tools preferred
• Ability to engage with executive leadership and manage time effectively
