Key Responsibilities
- Handle outgoing medical records requests and provide customer service via phone and email
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding confidentiality
- Maintain communication with the Supervisor regarding customer service issues and workload updates
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous administrative or back-office experience, preferably in healthcare
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Understanding of medical records processes and HIPAA regulations
- Strong organizational skills to manage workload effectively
