A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the US Federal Civilian sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand First Alert adoption and drive successful customer outcomes
- Design and implement programs that integrate First Alert into customer workflows
- Develop and maintain relationships through briefings, demonstrations, and joint success plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field and 5-8 years in customer success/account management
- Experience supporting the public sector, particularly Federal Civilian agencies
- Knowledge of publicly available information and real-time alerting needs for public sector organizations
- High level of accountability with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
