Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the US Federal Civilian sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand First Alert adoption and drive successful customer outcomes
  • Design and implement programs that integrate First Alert into customer workflows
  • Develop and maintain relationships through briefings, demonstrations, and joint success plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field and 5-8 years in customer success/account management
  • Experience supporting the public sector, particularly Federal Civilian agencies
  • Knowledge of publicly available information and real-time alerting needs for public sector organizations
  • High level of accountability with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
