Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time chat support to independent contractors during service
• Host one-on-one and group sessions to enhance contractor performance and knowledge
• Analyze performance data and communicate client changes to contractors

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Capability to provide constructive feedback to agents
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening, and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
