Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Technical Care Center and monitor associates' performance
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate policy changes and share best practices
- Monitor service calls for accuracy and identify training opportunities to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year of related experience preferred
- Ability to supervise and coach Technical Care Center associates professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Accurate data entry skills
