Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical support or systems engineering, including 1 year in a senior or lead role
- Advanced proficiency in Linux with strong troubleshooting and administration skills
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and hardware diagnostics
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems involving APIs and networking
- Strong mentoring skills with a proactive approach to customer success
