Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in technical support or systems engineering, including 1 year in a senior or lead role
  • Advanced proficiency in Linux with strong troubleshooting and administration skills
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and hardware diagnostics
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems involving APIs and networking
  • Strong mentoring skills with a proactive approach to customer success
