Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist to manage and execute renewal transactions for key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals
- Prepare and deliver renewal quotes while collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process and forecast renewal bookings
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales operations, customer success, or account management
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and subscription licensing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise software environments is preferred
