Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualifying leads and closing deals to meet sales quotas
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and present tailored Paychex Retirement solutions
- Utilize technology tools to track sales activities and collaborate with team members for lead referrals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 years of relevant sales or sales management experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience with Paychex and completion of required training programs
