A company is looking for a Sales & Customer Success Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with healthcare providers and strategic partners
- Support onboarding and provide ongoing customer success management to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor solutions for customers' evolving needs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or customer success, preferably in healthcare or digital health
- Proven experience working in or with startups
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
- A "builder" mindset with a proactive approach to tasks
