Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on qualified inbound leads and drive outbound prospecting to generate new business
- Demonstrate the value of Jira Service Management and assist customers in building business cases for ROI
- Develop and execute territory/account plans to meet or exceed sales quotas while staying updated on industry trends
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales environment, specifically with SMB or Mid-Market accounts
- Strong outbound prospecting skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Experience managing a high volume of leads and opportunities through various channels
- A sales-focused, customer-centric mindset with a do-it-right mentality
