A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to connect with salons and spas and help them enhance their business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and inbound marketing engagement
- Engage with salon and spa owners to demonstrate how the product can support their growth
- Meet weekly outreach targets and maintain accurate CRM records of activities and pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience preferred
- 0-2 years of B2B sales, inside sales, or lead generation experience
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus
- Comfortable engaging with senior-level decision-makers
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools is ideal
