Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute onboarding programs for AEs, SEs, and CSMs
- Build a framework for ongoing product and persona-based enablement
- Create and maintain enablement materials and drive tool adoption
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in sales enablement or technical sales in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Proven success in enabling GTM teams selling to IT or engineering decision-makers
- Strong understanding of developer tools, infrastructure, networking, or security
- Experience designing and scaling enablement programs in fast-paced environments
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform strategy
