Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training and Sales Enablement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve process documentation for front-end sales platforms and workflows
• Create user-friendly resources for internal teams and clients, such as manuals and quick-start guides
• Build and lead training sessions to support the adoption of sales tools and processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales/product/system training or related roles
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and adult learning methodologies
• Familiarity with SaaS or technical products
• Experience with e-learning tools and video recording/editing is a plus
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
