Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 6-8 Account Executives, driving sales in cloud infrastructure
- Coach Account Executives on prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline creation
- Analyze sales metrics and participate in strategic sales cycles to enhance revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading sales teams in SaaS or technology sales environments
- Track record of selling B2B technology solutions to technical buyers and C-level executives
- Experience with cloud infrastructure partners (AWS, GCP) and DevOps solutions
- Consistent achievement of quota and strategic objectives in technology sales
- Post-secondary degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
