Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer forecasts, inventory, and PO execution to ensure operational success
- Lead customer resets and collaborate with sales and operations teams for effective execution
- Conduct in-depth analysis and provide strategic recommendations to drive business success
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, or customer management in the CPG industry
- Proven ability to manage internal and external relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand planning and inventory management
- Experience with forecasting tools and Power BI is a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities effectively
