Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value customer accounts

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success for a technical product
- Experience with IaaS/PaaS preferred
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and feedback effectively
- Experience in onboarding and customer success pipelines
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
