Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or commitment to attain a bachelor's degree within three years
- Minimum of ten years of professional experience in human resources
- At least five years specializing in employee relations
- Proven experience with high-level investigations and complex employee relations issues
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage change effectively
