Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver sales enablement programs across key areas such as prospecting, qualification, and objection handling
- Develop and maintain onboarding and ongoing training content, delivering live training sessions for sellers
- Ensure sellers are proficient in leveraging sales tools to drive efficiency and insights across the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales enablement and sales training
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- Proven success in designing and executing enablement programs that improve pipeline generation and conversion rates
- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle and sales methodologies
- Experience with GTM systems like Salesforce, Gong, and Seismic
