Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and activate Spanish speaking professionals through inbound and outbound leads
- Provide onboarding and ongoing support for new pros while maintaining positive relationships
- Collaborate with frontline managers to strategize account management and retention
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales experience, with a focus on cold calling
- Bilingual communication skills in Spanish, both verbal and written
- Experience in account management or customer care is preferred
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers at various organizational levels
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite
