Internet Home Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internet Home Consultant (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lead intake from various sources and assign to Sales Professionals
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat while providing excellent customer service
• Maintain customer information in the CRM system and track lead activity and trends

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of HubSpot and Internet marketing concepts preferred
• Experience in a call center or with Realtor knowledge is preferred
• Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
