Job Summary
A company is looking for an Internet Home Consultant (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lead intake from various sources and assign to Sales Professionals
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain customer information in the CRM system and track lead activity and trends
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of HubSpot and Internet marketing concepts preferred
- Experience in a call center or with Realtor knowledge is preferred
- Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
