Job Summary
A company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for Eastern TN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on annual execution plans for growth, profitability, and agency engagement in the assigned market
- Promote a full suite of insurance products to Independent Agency Partners and manage product integration with industry technology
- Evaluate agency performance and collaborate on strategic business plans to drive market share and profitability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of sales management/leadership experience in Personal Lines or Financial Services
- Proven ability to achieve business results through effective internal relationships
- Industry certifications preferred
- Property and Casualty Licenses preferred
