- Analyze dealership operations to identify improvement opportunities and implement specific recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with dealership personnel and assist with documentation and risk mitigation plans
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in business development or dealership operations
- Understanding of finance performance metrics and dealership processes
- Ability to conduct presentations and develop dealer-level business plans
- Certification such as AFIP is preferred
- Experience in marketing strategies and CRM initiatives for sales growth
