- Prepare and present proposals for retirement plan services and conduct qualified plan presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams for territory development and client service, while meeting annual sales objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 2-4 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in retirement plans or financial services
- Life insurance license required; must obtain Securities Representative licenses within 6 months
- Proactive selling skills are essential
- High level of professionalism and sound judgment
