Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Closer who will play a key role in the loan manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit mortgage loan files for compliance and manage a daily pipeline
• Review closing packages and coordinate funding authorization with title companies
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with all divisions to ensure a smooth loan process

Required Qualifications:

• 2-year college degree or equivalent mortgage experience
• 5+ years of recent Residential Mortgage Closing experience
• Experience closing 60+ loans monthly and meeting closing deadlines
• Working knowledge of Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA, and DPA programs
• Encompass experience is required
