Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Professional speaking voice for clear communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
- Availability for a mandatory 4-week training program, Monday to Friday
