About the Role

We’re looking for mentally tough, bilingual (English/Spanish) Cold Callers with 2+ years of phone sales or appointment setting experience to join our fast-growing remote team.

You’ll call mostly warm homeowner leads (limited cold prospecting), qualify them for our home insurance advocacy services, and schedule appointments with our specialists. This is a high-volume calling role (130+ calls/day) — ideal for strong communicators who thrive in highly competitive, and self driven environments.

Requirements:
• 2+ years phone sales or cold calling experience (required)
