A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist in the Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage renewal opportunities across assigned accounts
- Coordinate with vendors on pricing and product information while addressing customer needs
- Maintain customer renewal data and assist with order entry and tracking
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate; 2- or 4-year college graduate preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM management
- 2+ years of experience in sales, renewals, or account management preferred
- Knowledge of Cisco, HPE Aruba, and related IT vendor solutions
- Previous experience in technology sales or customer service is a plus
