Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing a Renewals Team within a SaaS organization preferred
- Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Renewal Management preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools and data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Experience in the technology industry or a SaaS-based organization is highly desirable
