Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resident Support Engineer to manage support for a strategic customer account and coordinate product rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customer support within the strategic account
  • Ensure effective communication between the customer and internal teams, maintaining action item registers
  • Provide troubleshooting expertise and drive software resolutions with the development team
Required Qualifications:
  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in technical customer service or consulting with a focus on SaaS technologies
  • CCNP/JNCIA/NRS II certification is desirable
  • Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of routers and telecommunications technologies
  • Network engineering and integration experience with large-scale projects
