Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to revenue leaders, conducting market analysis and supporting territory planning
- Map and optimize the lead-to-close journey for US sales workflows, defining criteria and playbooks
- Manage HubSpot as a Super-Admin, overseeing workflows, deal pipelines, and data governance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales operations experience with sales leadership
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in SQL
- Documented success in redesigning and implementing global sales processes
- Experience in building dashboards and delivering insights from data
