Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Systems Analyst to enhance revenue operations and support sales and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in system enhancement projects from discovery to deployment, including gathering requirements and managing stakeholder communication
- Identify and implement opportunities for business process improvement and data quality enhancement
- Provide expert support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and develop training materials for tool adoption
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience with a track record of excellent performance
- 3+ years of experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or similar role focused on revenue operations and sales systems
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with other clouds is a plus
- Strong experience with a major CPQ platform (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub)
- Proven project management capabilities and experience working in an agile environment
