A company is looking for a Sr. Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the lead generation process for Midwest states, including outreach, negotiation, and contracting
- Meet monthly and yearly sales targets while tracking leads in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and successful transitions for new partners
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in sales or partnerships roles, with at least 2 years in US schools or school districts
- Established network of district contacts in Midwest states
- Experience with outbound lead generation and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
- Deep understanding of the K-12 education market and EdTech providers
