Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive, Customer Base.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets by developing qualified sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Initiate outbound prospecting activities and respond to inbound sales leads to convert them into new business
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide timely updates in Salesforce to track progress towards quota attainment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in technology or software sales
- Knowledge of HCM software or high-tech products/services is preferred
- Proven track record of successful selling and developing new sales opportunities
- Experience with solution selling and value-based selling techniques
