Key Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce architecture to ensure scalability, stability, and clarity
- Design and implement lead routing, opportunity workflows, and account structures
- Integrate and optimize GTM tools with Salesforce to enhance data flow and seller efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years in Revenue/CRM Systems roles within growth stage B2B SaaS
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, including data model, automation, and reporting
- Experience managing deduplication, parent/child mapping, and identity resolution
- Skilled in integrating data across GTM tools and Salesforce
- Comfortable leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
