Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate RVP, SMB Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of self-insured employer clients under 4,000 lives
- Independently manage deals from initial conversation to closure
- Collaborate with legal on contract negotiations and work with Customer Success for implementation and renewals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of work experience
- Experience in employer sales with a track record of closing large, complex deals
- Expertise in healthcare, employee health benefits, chronic disease management, or digital health
- Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
