Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in outreach, sales, or business development, with 2+ years in tech sales and 1+ year in a team lead role
- Experience in training or coaching team members on outreach strategies
- Proficiency in managing pipelines using HubSpot
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
- Familiarity with AI tools that enhance outreach performance
