Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position
- Proven ability to lead a team with strong motivational and coaching skills
- Passion for sales and lead management
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience in B2B/SAAS is preferred
