Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound & SDR Sales Manager to lead their inbound sales team and develop a high-performing SDR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach a team of Inbound Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Ensure timely follow-up on inbound leads and monitor lead qualification and demo conversion
- Develop and execute an SDR playbook and optimize sales processes in collaboration with RevOps
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting sales or demo-setting targets in a SaaS or tech environment
- Experience with RevOps or HubSpot-centric CRM systems preferred
- Familiarity with sales enablement workflows and cadence tools
- Highly organized and data-driven, with a strong ability to scale processes
