Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales (SMB) to lead a team of Account Executives in a high-velocity sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of managing a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales team
  • Proven track record of success as a front-line leader and individual contributor
  • Experience managing early-career Account Executives
  • Strong track record of building or scaling sales processes
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tech stack
