Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and refine high-velocity sales strategies for inbound and outbound pipeline generation
- Establish sales metrics and reporting to track team performance and identify improvement areas
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of managing a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales team
- Proven track record of success as a front-line leader and individual contributor
- Experience managing early-career Account Executives
- Strong track record of building or scaling sales processes
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tech stack
