Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage product and technical enablement programs, including new product introductions and competitive intelligence
- Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and various internal teams, translating complex information into sales-ready content
- Develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences to enhance sellers' product knowledge and technical selling skills
Required Qualifications
- Agile, systems-oriented thinker with the ability to adapt to changes in business strategy
- Experience managing programs from start to finish, including logistics and content creation
- Proven ability to build training programs and resources using evidence-based adult learning methodologies
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to simplify complex subjects
- Skilled communicator and facilitator with a talent for translating complex concepts into actionable insights
