Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize revenue strategies across marketing, sales, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the company's revenue strategy in partnership with executive leadership
  • Analyze revenue and operational impacts of go-to-market programs, identifying and addressing inefficiencies
  • Oversee sales enablement programs and ensure data integrity across sales and operations teams


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related leadership roles
  • Strong analytical expertise within the Salesforce environment, including report and dashboard creation
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Engagement and CRM Analytics
  • Proficient in Tableau for data visualization and analysis
