Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to build and lead their sales enablement function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and launch the first formal sales enablement program
  • Develop onboarding programs and ongoing training curriculum for new hires
  • Create structured coaching programs and own training content strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in sales enablement, GTM operations, or related roles
  • Experience building programs and processes in a high-growth environment
  • Self-driven and resourceful with an ownership mentality
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Salesforce, LMS platforms, and enablement systems
  • Healthcare or insurance knowledge is a plus
