Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch the first formal sales enablement program
- Develop onboarding programs and ongoing training curriculum for new hires
- Create structured coaching programs and own training content strategy
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in sales enablement, GTM operations, or related roles
- Experience building programs and processes in a high-growth environment
- Self-driven and resourceful with an ownership mentality
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Salesforce, LMS platforms, and enablement systems
- Healthcare or insurance knowledge is a plus
