Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Partner to empower the Sales team with resources and training to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales leaders, identifying enablement needs and delivering targeted solutions
  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs focused on sales skills and PEO-specific topics
  • Create and maintain enablement materials tailored to the PEO buyer journey
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales, or Sales Operations, preferably in a PEO or B2B sales environment
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Experience with enablement platforms and CRM systems
  • Ability to create multimedia training content using design software
  • Data-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement and measurable impact
