A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Partner to empower the Sales team with resources and training to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to sales leaders, identifying enablement needs and delivering targeted solutions
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs focused on sales skills and PEO-specific topics
- Create and maintain enablement materials tailored to the PEO buyer journey
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales, or Sales Operations, preferably in a PEO or B2B sales environment
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Experience with enablement platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to create multimedia training content using design software
- Data-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement and measurable impact
