Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Sales Planning process and develop GTM strategy with Executive leadership
- Monitor pipeline management and enforce best practices to ensure quality pipeline scales with hiring plans
- Enhance sales rep productivity through operationalizing best practices and creating repeatable pipeline plays
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or RevOps
- Mastery over data analysis, including data enrichment and BI tools
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and driving business outcomes
- Ability to work at various levels and prioritize effectively
- Change agent mindset with a focus on constant improvement
