Key Responsibilities
- Communicates with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify gaps in resources and training
- Assists in the production of sales materials and facilitates the sales process
- Trains sales teams on methodology and skills necessary for development
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing field transformation and sales enablement initiatives
- Experience with sales tools and enablement platforms such as SharePoint and Highspot
- Demonstrated knowledge of training techniques for onboarding new technologies
- Ability to track performance and metrics across an organization
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred
