Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage a comprehensive sales onboarding program for new Account Executives and BDRs
- Build career advancement programs to develop an internal talent pipeline and enhance employee retention
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to align program content with business priorities and key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales enablement or learning and development focused on onboarding and career development
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs from start to finish, including logistics and content creation
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Aptitude for using technology and automation to scale and systematize processes
