Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support their sales team with training and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review sales call recordings and collect feedback from Sales Leadership
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create and deliver sales enablement materials
  • Lead live training sessions and provide ongoing coaching for AEs and SDRs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Sales
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, technology, or marketing services is a plus
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales interactions and translate insights into actionable needs
