A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support their sales team with training and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Review sales call recordings and collect feedback from Sales Leadership
- Partner with Product Marketing to create and deliver sales enablement materials
- Lead live training sessions and provide ongoing coaching for AEs and SDRs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Sales
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, technology, or marketing services is a plus
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to analyze sales interactions and translate insights into actionable needs
