Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Engineer to join their team and support the pre-sales process in healthcare SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business/Workflow Process Assessments with prospective clients to identify workflow gaps and opportunities
- Develop tailored solution presentations and product demos for various stakeholders
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for integrations, system capabilities, and data flows
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation Consultant role within a SaaS environment
- Experience with healthcare technology, medical practice operations, or surgical workflow solutions
- Strong technical fluency, particularly with APIs, HL7/FHIR, and EMR/EHR systems
- Proven ability to support multiple products and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing scalable documentation and pre-sales assets is a plus
