Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with technical expertise for customers and partners
- Build relationships with key customer technical decision-makers to recommend appropriate solutions
- Conduct technical meetings, product demos, and proof of concepts with customers
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a sales role with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Foundational knowledge of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services and Incident Response offerings
- Basic technical understanding of cybersecurity protection methods for various platforms
- Experience selling through and with channel partners
- Ability to thrive in a team selling environment
