Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Enterprise Sales Engineering team in the Central region
- Recruit and hire top Sales Engineers and Managers while enabling team performance
- Provide technical leadership and develop integrated technology solutions for customers
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales engineering management experience, preferably in software or data center environments
- 5+ years of experience with large enterprise accounts
- Fundamental technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics
- High level of business acumen with experience working with CxO level personnel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
